How To Use Ajmod
- Powders can be fine or coarse. Add four parts of hot water to it. For every 10 grams of ajamoda you take, you should add 40 ml of hot water. To release the medicinal properties of the ajmoda powder into the water, wait for 10 minutes.
- After that, macerate it well and filter it.
- For adults, it is recommended to take 3 ml three to four times a day.
- For the children, 5 – 10 drops.
- It relieves bloating, cramps, weak digestion, and abdominal heaviness.
